Elbling

A dry wine with a little acidity, it ripens rather early and has a discreet fruitiness
One of the oldest varieties cultivated in Luxembourg 's Moselle region
Its rather big leaf is thick, orbicular and has distinct denticulations
Its bunch is fairly big and consists of white or red rather ovoid grapes As a white wine, it is also used in the elaboration of sparkling wines. As a red variety, it offers a light and fresh rosé wine.
