May
In May, when the first leaves appear, the fight against parasites commences. We also carry out treatments against vine diseases. If at this stage the temperature drops below zero degrees, the harvest is endangered.

April
The month of April is marked by the swelling of the buds and the growth of the vine shoot. This marks the beginning of soil work, starting with weed removal.
March
The trimming process is sped up. The vine commences to come out of its vegetative rest and the bud break (opening of the buds) can already occur at the end of the month.
February
We continue trimming the vine. At the beginning of February, the vine starts to “weep”. This “weeping period” is the result of “wounds” inflicted upon the vine during the trimming process.

January
We begin to trim the vine. By limiting the fruitbearing buds, we obtain a production favouring quality over yield.
